Aida Conde Izquierdo

Born in Barcelona, based in Berlin, I am an architect focused on sustainable wooden construction and also a spare-time ceramicist.

I can’t hide my architectural perspective and obsession with very clear and geometric lines. Slabs is the technique that enables me to play with simplicity whilst adding artistic expression, combined with other hand-building methods.

Through clay I escape digital processes, getting lost in the tactility of the art form and enjoying the analog!
