Returns policy

Thank you for your order on Keracult! We hope very much you like the items you have ordered. Should something have not worked out, you have the option to return it within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

Some items are completely non-returnable:

  • Gift cards/vouchers

 

You are welcome to send us the return by your own means. We recommend you use a trackable service from your local postal service, no signature required. As long as you notify us of the return within 14 days of delivery, we will be patient.

To return the parcel, please use the original packaging and the protections that came with it. Make sure that the item is well protected and cushioned, that there is no risk of it breaking during its journey. Please understand we will not be able to refund you for an item that is returned broken. 

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked method as we can only take responsibility for items once they have been delivered and a lost parcel without tracking is not something we can take responsibility for.

AIE AIE, DAMAGED PARCEL?

If you open the parcel and are unpleasantly surprised to find a damaged ceramic, please do not touch anything and contact us as soon as possible at problem@keracult.com, describing the defect and attaching a photo of it.

For insurance reasons, it is important at this point not to touch anything else. We'll do everything we can to reimburse you and help us all get out of the situation as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
