This dish combines several techniques. Firstly, the slab technique to obtain a surface of uniform thickness. The colours are given respectively by the blue engobe, before the first firing, and the chalk on the biscuit to trace the grid. The whole piece is glazed with a transparent glaze so that it can be used in the kitchen.
